Practice Manager – New Medical Centre Opening

Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a brand-new medical centre from day one?

Top Health Doctors is seeking an exceptional Practice Manager to join our growing, doctor-owned healthcare group and lead the opening of our newest clinic at Boggo Road Village, Dutton Park, opening in August 2026.

This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in establishing a modern, patient-focused medical centre within one of Brisbane's fastest-growing health and education precincts. You will work closely with senior management, doctors and support teams to create an outstanding patient experience while building a positive, high-performing clinic culture.

With multiple successful clinics and continued growth, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality patient care, strong operational systems and a supportive team environment.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the clinic, including:

Leading and supporting reception and nursing teams
Building a positive workplace culture
Managing rostering and staffing requirements
Ensuring excellent patient service standards
Supporting doctors and allied health professionals
Managing clinic performance, workflows and KPIs
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and training
Maintaining accreditation and compliance standards
Driving continuous improvement initiatives

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

Previous Practice Management experience within general practice or healthcare
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Experience with Best Practice software (desirable)
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and service
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive leadership team
