Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a brand-new medical centre from day one?
Top Health Doctors is seeking an exceptional Practice Manager to join our growing, doctor-owned healthcare group and lead the opening of our newest clinic at Boggo Road Village, Dutton Park, opening in August 2026.
This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in establishing a modern, patient-focused medical centre within one of Brisbane's fastest-growing health and education precincts. You will work closely with senior management, doctors and support teams to create an outstanding patient experience while building a positive, high-performing clinic culture.

About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the clinic, including:
- Leading and supporting reception and nursing teams
- Building a positive workplace culture
- Managing rostering and staffing requirements
- Ensuring excellent patient service standards
- Supporting doctors and allied health professionals
- Managing clinic performance, workflows and KPIs
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and training
- Maintaining accreditation and compliance standards
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Previous Practice Management experience within general practice or healthcare
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience with Best Practice software (desirable)
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and service
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive leadership team
