Help Build Something Exciting From the Ground Up

We are seeking a motivated, creative, and driven individual readyto join our Marketing & Brand Development team on a casual basis.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of an emerging brand and play a key role in shaping how we connect with customers, grow our audience, and establish our presence within the market. We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, communications, social media, and brand development, and who is excited by the opportunity to help build a business from the ground up.

About the Role

As part of our Marketing & Brand Development Team, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, creation, and execution of marketing initiatives across a variety of platforms. You will work closely with the business to develop engaging content, strengthen brand awareness, and identify opportunities to support future growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands modern marketing trends, can adapt quickly to changing media landscapes, and enjoys bringing creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Create and develop marketing materials across digital and print platforms
Assist with social media management, content creation, scheduling, and engagement
Monitor and adapt to current market trends, consumer behaviours, and emerging media opportunities
Conduct research to support marketing campaigns, brand development, and future business initiatives
Assist with developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity and voice
Generate creative ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Support promotional campaigns, events, activations, and product launches
Track and report on social media performance and engagement metrics
Work collaboratively with management to identify growth opportunities and marketing priorities

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience, qualifications, or strong working knowledge in marketing, communications, media, public relations, or a related field
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understands social media platforms and current digital marketing trends
Is creative, proactive, and able to work independently
Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Is adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-moving start-up environment
Can think strategically while also delivering practical day-to-day marketing outcomes
Is passionate about helping grow a brand and contribute beyond their core responsibilities
Good Canva Abilities and knowledge

Employment Details

This position is offered on a temporary casual basis.

As our business currently operates through events, activations, and pop-up opportunities rather than a permanent physical venue with regular trading hours, work requirements may vary from week to week.

However, successful applicants will be provided with:

Clear expectations regarding minimum social media content and engagement activities.
Flexibility to complete portions of the role remotely where appropriate.
Only do what you need and use the rest of your time as you wish
