Key Responsibilities:

Support student wellbeing, engagement, and attendance initiatives.
Liaise with families, community organisations, and support services.
Assist students and families to access appropriate educational and community resources.
Work collaboratively with school staff to identify and support students at risk.
Promote culturally responsive practices and strengthen community partnerships.

Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
