To be considered for the Administration Talent Community, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience in providing administration support (preferably in a medical setting)
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and data entry, including Microsoft Office Suite and Patient Administration systems (or the ability to quickly adapt to new systems)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Dedication to the Mater Mission and Values

Salary ranges for Administration Officer and Senior Administration Officer positions are as follows:
- Administration Officer: $32.02 - $37.35 (Mater Corporate and Admin Services Level 2) per hour, plus superannuation and salary packaging
- Senior Administration Officer: $39.79 - $44.25 (Mater Corporate and Admin Services Level 3) per hour, plus superannuation and salary packaging
