Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Brisbane Area. This position supports daily office operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing documentation, and maintaining filing systems for project and client records. The role includes handling incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries, preparing correspondence, and assisting with basic reports or presentations. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate with project managers and technical staff to ensure smooth communication, help with data entry and document formatting, and support general office logistics such as supplies, mail, and reception duties.
Qualifications/Description
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, filing, data entry, and general office support and house keeping.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling inquiries and interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including supporting senior staff with calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools) and comfort working with digital records and document management systems.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, project-focused environment.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a reliable, professional presence.
- Previous experience in construction, engineering, or professional services environments is beneficial.
- This is an entry level position no experience is required although it is an advantage.
- Must have a bubbly outgoing personality, be eager to learn and give everything a go
- Training on specific tasks will be provided
Pay: $52,880.00 – $89,127.31 per year
