Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).At least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time experience in the palliative care field and an approved post graduate nursing qualifications in palliative care or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the organisation.
Please elaborate on how your skills and experiences align with the role requirements highlighting how you will support specialised, compassionate support for palliative care people within the community focusing on comfort, dignity and quality of life
Can you describe a time when you implemented an evidence-based change in palliative care ? What was the outcome and how did you evaluate its success?
How do you demonstrate leadership in your current role, particularly in influencing practice across multidisciplinary teams?
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
