About the Role
We are currently have a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced barista to make outstanding coffee for our guests. With natural flair, and a passion to consistently deliver a delicious experience, you will share your knowledge and work with other team members in the art of ‘all things coffee’.
To be successful in the position the main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining excellent presentation standards that are in line with market trends
- Preparing and presenting beautiful coffee and beverages efficiently and within a reasonable time frame
- Maintaining all coffee equipment – ensuring it is cleaned regularly and the workspace is impeccably tidy
- Working in conjunction with the Lobby Bar Food & Beverage team to ensure all needs for that outlet are being met (pitching in and lending a hand as needed)
About You
- Creativity, passion, and talent for café art
- Excellent attention to detail and sensational time management skills
- Outstanding ‘coffee knowledge’,
- Customer-focused – you get a real kick out of making someone else’s day
- Team player – you place a higher priority on team goals than on own goals
- Great attitude – optimistic, engaged and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within a similar position of similar size and scope
- Full Australian working rights is essential with no visa restrictions. Visa Sponsorship is not available.
- Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
- You will need to have completed an accredited RSA
