BP Oxley – Casual Console Operator & Kitchen Crew
BP Oxley is looking for our next enthusiastic and reliable Casual Console Operator.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide excellent customer service with every interaction.
- Prepare and present quality hot and cold food.
- Make a great cup of coffee – barista experience is preferred but not required.
- Operate the cash register and process sales accurately.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and well-presented store.
- Assist with stock unpacking, rotation and general stock control.
- Handle fuel products safely and responsibly.
- Work independently and as part of a team, depending on the shift.
- Follow all workplace safety, food safety and hygiene requirements.
Shift Availability Required
Willingness and availability to work the following shifts is essential:
- Afternoon shifts
- Night shifts
- Overnight / Graveyard shifts
The role offers flexibility in choosing your available hours; however, you must be willing to cover additional shifts when required, including during emergencies or staff shortages.
What We're Looking For

- Good communication skills and proficiency in English.

- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- A positive “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous retail, food or barista experience is an advantage but not essential – training will be provided.
