Now, we’re looking for a Resident Support Officer to be the trusted weekend presence across our South Brisbane building—keeping things running smoothly, safely, and professionally.

This isn’t your typical role, it’s a unique hybrid role where you’ll be the eyes, ears, and friendly face of the building over the weekend. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and being the go-to person for residents and building operations. You’ll combine customer service, operational support, and a strong focus on safety—helping create a secure and welcoming environment for our residents.

The Details

Casual position
Saturday & Sunday (daytime hours ranges between 7am-7pm)
Flexibility required to adjust hours in line with business needs

What You’ll Do

Be the front-of-house presence – welcome residents and visitors, manage reception, and provide day-to-day assistance
Support building security, and ensure safety procedures are followed
Conduct building walkarounds – maintain a visible presence and proactively identify any issues
Assist residents – help with lockouts, general enquiries, and basic support requests
Coordinate on-site activity – liaise with cleaners and contractors to ensure smooth operations
Report and document incidents – keep clear records and escalate issues when required

Who You Are

Calm, reliable, and observant with a strong sense of responsibility
Friendly and approachable with a natural ability to assist people
Comfortable balancing customer service with security awareness
Able to work independently and make sound decisions on the spot
Experience in security, concierge, hospitality, or residential buildings is highly regarded
