Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative support and managing competing priorities.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.
High level of competence in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to respectful, non-judgemental service delivery and willingness to work within a harm minimisation framework supporting people who use drugs and alcohol.

Describe your experience providing administrative support in a busy customer service environment. How do you manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy, and ensure excellent service to clients and stakeholders?
Drug Health Services supports people who use drugs and alcohol through a harm minimisation approach. Describe how you would provide respectful, professional, and confidential administrative support to clients from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing complex personal circumstances.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P. Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
