Experienced Lotto Supervisor / Retail Assistant - Hobart CBD (Full-time / Part-time / Casual available)

Experienced Lotto Retailer required in Hobart CBD! Perfect opportunity for a reliable, mature-minded professional with 1-2+ years of TattsLotto experience preffered to take on a key supervisor role.

[About the Role]

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who embraces a fast-paced working environment and has experience in a previous customer-facing role.

Exemplary customer service is a key requirement for this role, as well as the ability to multitask, work efficiently in a team, and develop essential skills quickly.

Computer literacy is also vital, with many different applications requiring transferable skills to be used effectively.

[Key Responsibilities]

Lotto Operations: Efficiently manage Lotto terminals, processing tickets, payouts, and maintaining strict compliance with lottery regulations.
Store Supervision: Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Retail All rounder Duties: Manage sales and inventory for tobacco, magazines, newspapers, and giftware.
Point of Sale (POS): Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
Stock Management: Assist with receiving, merchandising, and displaying stock (especially giftware and seasonal items).

[Skills & Experience Required]

Essential: Retail experience (preferably 2+ years)
Advantageous: Prior completion of Lotto Supervisor Training (or willingness to undergo training immediately).
Retail Background: Experience in handling Lotto, Tobacco sales, Magazines/Newspapers, and Giftware.
Attributes: A mature-minded, highly responsible, and punctual individual with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts (including weekends if necessary).
