[Key Responsibilities]
- Lotto Operations: Efficiently manage Lotto terminals, processing tickets, payouts, and maintaining strict compliance with lottery regulations.
- Store Supervision: Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Retail All rounder Duties: Manage sales and inventory for tobacco, magazines, newspapers, and giftware.
- Point of Sale (POS): Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
- Stock Management: Assist with receiving, merchandising, and displaying stock (especially giftware and seasonal items).
[Skills & Experience Required]
- Essential: Retail experience (preferably 2+ years)
- Advantageous: Prior completion of Lotto Supervisor Training (or willingness to undergo training immediately).
- Retail Background: Experience in handling Lotto, Tobacco sales, Magazines/Newspapers, and Giftware.
- Attributes: A mature-minded, highly responsible, and punctual individual with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts (including weekends if necessary).
