- Rotate between 4 Eastern Health campuses (Angliss, Wantirna, Lilydale and Peter James)

About the role
This role involves administrative computer work, with a strong focus on data entry, managing client bookings, and handling enquiries from both clients and staff.
The role also include front line reception work dealing with patients, relatives and clinical staff.
You will be part of a very dedicated team of administration assistants who work collaboratively to support clients and clinical staff accessing community based services.
The position requires excellent teamwork and communication skills, with customer interactions occurring face to face and over the phone.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- You will have recent administrative experience in a similar role or demonstrate transferable skills.
- You will be a highly agile and adaptable person as you will be filling in for admin staff annual leave across different campuses.
- Accurate data entry is a large focus of this position needing high level of accuracy
You will be joining a team of dedicated administration assistants.
Work is based on teamwork and a collaborative and open mindset is essential.
Priorities can change quickly, so you will need to be able to take direction from your team leader to ensure daily requirements are met.
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
Those that are offered and/or start between January and April do not require an up to date vaccination for Influenza to progress providing they are aware of its requirement later in the year. Those that are offered and/or start between May and December require the up to date Influenza vaccination prior to offer.
