Full Job Description

GRILL COOK WANTED

Stonez Restaurant is a modern Australian/Italian restaurant located in Rowville, Victoria, and we are looking for an experienced Grill Cook to join our team.

Immediate start

✅ Minimum 2–3 years experience required
✅ Full-time hours available for the right candidate
✅ Must be confident cooking steaks and preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience working on a grill section and cooking steaks to a high standard
Ability to consistently cook meats to requested temperatures during busy service periods
Experience with food preparation including slicing, portioning, marinating, and basic kitchen prep
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and timing of meals
Strong teamwork skills and communication within a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ability to maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked grill section throughout service
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and busy service periods as required is a MUST
Reliable, motivated, and passionate about producing quality food
