Landscape Construction Apprentice (Any Year) About Us Summit Landscape Construction is a Melbourne-based company specialising in high-end residential landscape construction. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional workmanship, maintaining a professional worksite, and building outdoor spaces that stand the test of time. We work on projects including: - Premium paving and stonework - Concrete construction - Timber structures and screens - Retaining walls - Irrigation and drainage - Planting and turf - Landscape lighting - Complete landscape builds About the Role We're looking for a motivated Landscape Construction Apprentice to join our growing team. Applications are welcome from 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprentices who are passionate about building quality landscapes and developing their skills. You will work alongside experienced landscapers on some of Melbourne's highest-quality residential projects while receiving ongoing mentoring and training. What You'll Learn - Concrete preparation and finishing - Natural stone and porcelain paving - Retaining wall construction - Timber decking, screens and fencing - Irrigation installation - Planting and turf preparation - Reading plans and setting out projects - Safe operation of landscaping tools and machinery - Professional site management and customer service What We're Looking For - Genuine interest in landscaping and construction - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Reliable and punctual - Willingness to learn and take direction - Pride in producing quality work - Ability to work well in a team - White Card (or willingness to obtain) - Driver's licence preferred (or working towards one) What We Offer - Above-award wages based on experience - Ongoing mentoring from experienced landscapers - Exposure to premium residential projects - Modern tools and equipment - Support to complete your apprenticeship - Opportunities for long-term career progression into qualified landscaper and leadership roles - Friendly, professional team culture Why Join Summit?
