The opportunity
We’re seeking a Commercial Property Officer to join our team, managing our commercial investment portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Property & Facilities Coordinator, your role as Commercial Property Officer will see you play a key role in the negotiation, preparation and administration of leases and licenses. Your office days will be based at our Raymond Terrace administration building, scheduling yourself around property inspections and relevant maintenance works as required.
This role is perfect for an experienced Property Manager looking to make the move into a more flexible and balanced working environment, whilst still keeping themselves engaged in the property industry.
- This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time 35 hours / week + access to our flexi-time system giving you an additional 15 days off each year outside of your annual leave balance
- Base Salary Range: $79,819 to $93,467 pa based on 35 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $19,364 motor vehicle allowance + $2,464 retention allowance
- You will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace

- A degree qualification in property or commerce related disciplines, or extensive knowledge in property management within a specialist real estate; public authority or local government environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the application of Local Government Act, Crown Lands Act, Real Property Act, Conveyancing Act, Retail Leases Act, Residential Tenancies Act.
