About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

VCAT
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.
About the Role
The Circuit Hearing and Service Support Officer provides frontline service delivery, hearing support and operational assistance to Members, tribunal users and stakeholders at VCAT venues and community-based hearing locations.
Based primarily at Bendigo Law Courts, the role supports in-person, virtual and hybrid hearings across regional and metropolitan locations. The role contributes to efficient hearing operations, customer service delivery, registry administration and venue coordination while supporting positive stakeholder relationships and consistent service outcomes.
The position requires frequent travel across metropolitan and regional Victoria, including overnight stays where required.
About You
To be successful in the role, you will need to be a highly flexible and organised team player. You will have well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be passionate about customer service and contributing your broad experience to help VCAT identify improvements to our processes and procedures and to help shape the future of our Community Based and regional Venues.
