Rozelle Physio is seeking a friendly, organised and reliable receptionist to join our established team.
Located in the heart of Rozelle on Darling Street, our clinic has been serving the local community since 1997. Surrounded by great cafés, local shops and a welcoming atmosphere, we are a well-established healthcare business that continues to grow. Our services include physiotherapy, reformer Pilates, with recent additions including beauty therapy and remedial massage.
The Position
We are hiring for a part-time receptionist for 10–15 hours per week.
We are seeking consistent availability for Mondays and Fridays. Mondays and Thursdays may also suit.
Approximate hours 8-9am start, 1-4pm finish which can be adjusted for the right candidate.
As the first point of contact for our patients and clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and clients
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Managing appointment bookings and clinician diaries
- Processing payments and handling administrative tasks
- Helping maintain a tidy, welcoming and well-organised clinic environment
- Managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their needs and helping them find the most suitable service while ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for.

Our Team
You will be joining an established and supportive team including an existing receptionist, physiotherapists, Pilates instructors, a massage therapist and beauty therapist.
