Position: Support Worker

Location: Candelo, NSW

About Us:

The CareSide is experiencing exciting growth and is currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker/Carer for our operations in Candelo, NSW. As a national leader in Home Care Packages, The CareSide operates from our head office in Perth, Western Australia, with remote offices across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Queensland.

The Candidate:

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of others, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring towards clients.

The Role:

As a Support Worker/Carer in Candelo, NSW, you will provide Domestic Assistance and Companion Care to help clients maintain their independence and wellbeing at home. Duties may include housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping assistance, social support, companionship, and transportation to appointments. This role is scheduled every Monday from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
National Police Clearance Certificate
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
Smartphone
Availability for overnight shifts during the week and weekends
