We’re a local, family-operated nursery looking for a reliable and motivated Nursery Leading Hand / Supervisor to join our team.
If you enjoy leading a team, working outdoors, and hands-on work with plants, this could be the role for you.
About the Role
You will manage and work alongside a team of nursery hands, carrying out daily nursery and operational tasks, including:
- Potting, transplanting, spacing, and moving plants
- Picking, packing, grading, & preparing plants for sale
- Watering, weeding, and general plant maintenance
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years industry experience in a leadership role
Strong team management skills
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and self-motivated
Positive attitude and willingness to improve
Excellent communication skills
