Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Office Administration Officer to join our dynamic Head Office team based in Logan.

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

About the Role
As an Office Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Centre Directors, Management Team, and Head Office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing professional administrative support to Centre Directors and Management
Managing data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Scanning, organising, and maintaining electronic records and documentation
Assisting with general office administration and project support
Responding to enquiries and maintaining effective communication across the organisation
Providing administrative support across HR and payroll functions
Undertaking additional administrative tasks as required

About You
We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly organised, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team. This role offers excellent opportunities for long-term career development within our organisation.
The successful applicant will possess:
