This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on exceeding targets, building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Casual Sales Consultant that may lead to Part Time or Full Time with growth to join our Loganholme operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about sales performance, customer service excellence, and achieving outstanding results in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving branch revenue and business growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored vehicle rental solutions, and maximising every sales opportunity.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will help create a culture of performance, accountability, and customer excellence.

Has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Is highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Takes ownership and accountability for personal performance and outcomes
Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Has outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Is confident engaging with customers and identifying sales opportunities
Is commercially minded and focused on achieving measurable results

Demonstrates resilience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Enjoys building long-term customer relationships and repeat business
Is available to work across a 7-day roster

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales performance and contribute to branch revenue growth
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and conversion targets
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the rental journey
Proactively follow up leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities
Promote Evolve Rentals' products and services to maximise business growth
Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Assist with vehicle dispatch and return processes
Complete daily administrative and reconciliation tasks as required
Maintain a professional, customer-focused branch environment
Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve branch performance goals
