Sleep Disorder / CPAP Therapist (Full Training Provided)

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated Sleep Disorder / CPAP Therapist to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding, long-term career in healthcare. While previous experience in sleep medicine is not required, experience in customer service, healthcare, reception, administration or retail will be highly regarded. Full training will be provided.
About the Role
This is a diverse and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their journey—from diagnostic sleep testing through to successful CPAP therapy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting CPAP consultations, equipment demonstrations and mask fittings (full training provided).
- Educating patients about sleep apnoea and available treatment options.
- Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to help patients achieve successful therapy.
- Assisting patients with home sleep study equipment setup and providing clear instructions.
- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and managing clinic bookings.
- General administration, data entry and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Processing CPAP equipment and accessory sales.
- Liaising with doctors, specialists and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional clinic environment.
- Supporting the clinical and administration teams as required.
The position will initially commence at three days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the clinic continues to grow. Participation in a rotating Saturday roster will also be required.

- Allied health
- Pharmacy
- Healthcare
- Aged care
- Retail sales
- Administration
However, the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are more important than previous industry experience.
