Full Job Description

Fernwood Mordialloc is looking for a passionate, energetic and highly motivated female fitness professional to join our team and help empower women to live healthier, stronger lives.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced fitness professional to deliver exceptional training experiences while creating a welcoming and motivating environment for our members.

Depending on your qualifications and experience, your role may include:

Small Group Strength Training Coach
Group Fitness Instructor
Personal Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, safe and effective group fitness classes.
Program and coach small group strength training sessions.
Motivate and support members to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Promote safe exercise techniques.
Build positive relationships with members and contribute to our supportive club culture.

About You

You are enthusiastic, reliable and genuinely passionate about helping women succeed.

You'll also have:

Certificate III in Fitness (minimum) – Certificate IV highly regarded.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
At least 1 year of experience in the fitness industry.
Experience delivering high-quality strength, cardio and/or group fitness classes.
Excellent communication and motivational coaching skills.
Availability for weekday early mornings, mid-mornings, evenings and/or Saturday mornings.
