An opportunity is available for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join the team at Portland Tabulam Multi-Purpose Service (MPS). This role offers the chance to provide high quality person‑centred care within a supportive rural health setting, where nurses play a vital role across sub-acute, aged care and community focused services.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective clinical care, coordinating and evaluating patient care, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support positive health outcomes for residents, patients and clients. You will utilise your clinical knowledge, professional judgement and communication skills to contribute to best practice care while supporting patients and their families through all stages of care.
