About the Centre

This well-regarded, boutique service offers 59 exclusive places for children aged 6 weeks to school age. Deeply committed to child-led, relationship-based learning, the centre prides itself on creating a true home away from home. With a rich calendar of incursions, excursions, community events, Mandarin language lessons, cooking classes, sustainability programs, and outdoor adventures — this is a service that goes above and beyond for every child and family. The environments are beautifully resourced, the team is highly educated and long-standing, and the community connections run deep.

About the Role

Lead and inspire a passionate, dedicated educator team.
Oversee the day-to-day operations and compliance of the service.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
Build and maintain strong, reciprocal relationships with families and the wider community.
Uphold and embed a high-quality educational program across the service.
Support, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential.

Essential Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) / ECT qualified.
Proven experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor is essential.
Strong working knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, organisational, and people leadership skills.
Current Working With Children Check (VIC).
Child protection training.
Full working rights in Australia required (student visas will not be considered).
