This well-regarded, boutique service offers 59 exclusive places for children aged 6 weeks to school age. Deeply committed to child-led, relationship-based learning, the centre prides itself on creating a true home away from home. With a rich calendar of incursions, excursions, community events, Mandarin language lessons, cooking classes, sustainability programs, and outdoor adventures — this is a service that goes above and beyond for every child and family. About the Role
- Lead and inspire a passionate, dedicated educator team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and compliance of the service.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
- Build and maintain strong, reciprocal relationships with families and the wider community.
- Uphold and embed a high-quality educational program across the service.
- Support, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential.
Essential Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) / ECT qualified.
- Proven experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and people leadership skills.
- Current Working With Children Check (VIC).
- Child protection training.
- Full working rights in Australia required (student visas will not be considered).
