Pilates Instructor - Grow Your Career With Us

Parkside Pilates | Earlwood, Sydney

Are you looking for more than just a few classes here and there?

At Parkside Pilates, we're looking for an enthusiastic Pilates Instructor who wants to become part of a genuine community and grow with a boutique studio that's expanding.

Whether you're newly qualified or have years of experience, we'd love to hear from you.

If you've recently completed your qualification and are eager to learn, we'll provide mentoring and support to help you become an exceptional instructor.

Essential Requirement

This is a fully equipped boutique Pilates studio.

Applicants must have completed, or be currently completing, a comprehensive Pilates qualification that includes training across the full Pilates studio, including:

Reformer
Mat
Cadillac/Tower
Wunda Chair
Barrels (Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector)

Please note: This position is not suitable for instructors with Reformer-only or Reformer and Mat qualifications.

About Us

Parkside Pilates is a boutique studio in Earlwood offering:

Small group Reformer, Tower, Mat and Circuit classes (maximum 8 clients)
Semi-Private sessions (maximum 4 clients)
Private sessions
A warm, welcoming community where clients genuinely know and support one another

We pride ourselves on creating an environment where instructors are valued, supported and encouraged to continue learning.

The Opportunity

We're looking for someone who is committed to building a long-term career in Pilates.

Initially, you'll work alongside me, taking on a combination of group classes, semi-private sessions and private clients while receiving mentoring and training.

Over the coming months, your hours will continue to grow, with the opportunity to step into a larger permanent timetable from October and November as one of our senior instructors begins maternity leave.

For the right person, there is also the opportunity to assist with studio administration and operations, creating a role of up to approximately 25 hours per week.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. If you have the right attitude, we'll help you develop your teaching skills.
