We’re currently seeking a Casual Educator to join our close-knit team, supporting across the week to cover leave, programming support, and daily staffing needs.
This is a flexible role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative, child-focused environment.

Use active supervision to support children’s safety and wellbeing

Collaborate with fellow educators to deliver meaningful, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team

Support children’s individual needs, interests, and development

Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and culturally safe environment
You’re someone who brings warmth, reliability, and a genuine passion for early education. You enjoy being part of a team and stepping in where needed to support quality outcomes for children.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Availability to work Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm (flexibility across these hours is essential)

A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – or currently working towards
-
A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification (or willingness to obtain)

Completed (or willingness to complete):

Child Protection Training

Red Nose Safe Sleeping Training

Food Safety Certification
-
A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Knowledge of Child Safe Standards and a commitment to child safety

Strong communication skills and a relationship-focused approach
