About the role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ready to be part of a dynamic and expanding team? TAFE Gippsland is offering an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Enrolment Officer to join our Student Operations team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for triaging general enquiries and processing student enrolments from application to enrolment, including, but not limited to Commercial and Short Courses. You will also provide support for students, visitors and staff presenting at the Enrolments and Enquiries counter— ensuring every interaction is smooth, supportive, and memorable from day one. You will assist students along their enrolment journey from initial application through to the processing of their enrolment. Your responsibilities will include conducting student enrolment appointments, participating in student enrolment days, managing behind-the-scenes enrolment processing, validating student eligibility, processing payments, and overseeing all documentation related to student applications and enrolments with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong administrative skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential for success in this position.

Mandatory requirements
- Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
- Current Police Check (not older than 12 months old)
- Current Driver’s Licence (travel between campuses may be required)
A 6 month probationary period applies to this role.
