Full Job Description

We're a local café looking for a reliable, enthusiastic team member to join us during the week and occasionally on the weekend when required.

We pride ourselves on offering excellent service with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and we’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about creating that experience for every customer.

What We’re Looking For:

Reliability – Shows up on time and ready to work.
Initiative – Can see what needs to be done and jumps in without needing to be asked.
Team Player – Works well with others and supports the team.
Time Management – Keeps things moving smoothly during busy times.
Positive Attitude – Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do mindset.
Service with a Smile – Friendly and approachable, always focused on great customer service.

Café experience is preferred but not essential. We’re more interested in someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in hospitality.
