Front of House (FOH) Café Team Member
Do you love creating great customer experiences? As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the friendly face of our café, providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome & serve customers with a positive attitude.
- Take food & beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare & serve coffee, drinks & light café items.
- Process payments & operate the POS system.
- Keep the café clean, organised & well-stocked.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, energetic, and reliable.
- A strong communicator with a team-first attitude.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible with weekdays, weekends & public holidays.
- Previous café or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
Pay: $26.44 – $44.83 per hour
