Description & Requirements

Join our Rio Tinto Brockman Syncline 1 Project to be a part of the construction of the primary crusher building, discharge conveyor, transfer station, substations and overland conveyor!

The following experienced construction trades, with strong safety mindset, are required to support ongoing works on a 2:1 roster from all major capital cities through to mid-2027;

Riggers – Advanced & Intermediate only
Mechanical Fitters
Poly Welders
CN & C1 Crane Operators

Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:

Pre mobilisation payment on offer
Additional $100 superannuation contribution payment per completed week of service or have it paid out as severance on project completion

Direct charter flights to site on a 15:6 roster available for Brisbane POH

What you’ll bring:

2 years of demonstrated SMP or structural steel construction experience
Proof of full working rights in Australia
Construction white card
Willing to be clean shaven for respiratory fit testing
High risk work licence
Working at heights (3-year validity)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
