Job Details

Full Job Description

What you will be doing:
- Supporting the Principal and Senior Procurement Officers by proactively identifying and reviewing contract renewals.
- Draft IT simple contracts using the QITC Framework.
- Source IT contracts by supporting the end-to-end quote and tender process in accordance with the Queensland Procurement Policy and related departmental policies.
- Monitor supplier performance in accordance with the contract management plan and associated policies. This includes managing or escalating emerging disputes.
- Accurately processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Report on contract and sourcing activities by keeping registers current and publishing awarded contract details in accordance with policies.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in the branch's practices and achievement of Queensland Procurement Policy targets and raise procurement challenges with peers.
