We are looking for an energetic person with a strong background in clinical sales, clinical experience and account management. The successful applicant will provide our team with the skills required to help manage and grow da Vinci surgery in South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive clinical adoption of da Vinci Surgery
Become a clinical expert across multiple clinical specialties
Effectively execute surgeon and nursing staff training in da Vinci technology
Work with Clinical Sales Manager to develop & execute territory plan
Work with Capital Sales Manager in developing new program opportunities
Work with hospital partners to effectively integrate both Greenfield & Brown Field da Vinci programs and surgeons
Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports
Achieve sales targets and deliver KPI’s
Attend exhibitions, conferences and seminars as directed

Experience desirable:

Experience in the specialties below

Urology/GYN/Colorectal/Thoracic
Minimally invasive surgery (MIS)

3-5 years’ experience selling in a surgical or Operating Theatre environment, or;
3-5 years’ relevant clinical experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications eg sciences, teaching, physiotherapy degree or similar
Current valid driver’s license
Valid Australian work rights
Proven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, influencing and time management
Demonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including regular weekends and occasional overnight travel
Willingness to work regularly on weekends
