The Model

What You will Need

Minimum 3 years experience as an OT, Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist or other Allied Health field
Bachelor’s degree in your relevant area
Strong professional networks - regional or metro
Experience building and managing teams of 3–10 staff
Business development mindset with a genuine passion for client outcomes
The ambition to build something profitable and meaningful
