About the role

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Nambour – Doolan Street, you'll lead your own room and guide a team of passionate educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences.

Working alongside our Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader, you'll play a key role in mentoring educators, supporting children's development, and continuously improving educational practice.

In this role, you'll:

✨ Lead and support a team of educators within your room

✨ Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF

✨ Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

✨ Contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality educational outcomes

✨ Foster an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment

✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
