In this role, you'll:
Join the Suburban Services team and provide executive-level business and administrative support to the Executive Director Enablement and leadership team, helping coordinate priorities and maintain effective business operations across the team.

Manage diaries, meetings, correspondence and prepare reports, presentations and other business documents using Microsoft Office applications.

Use a range of business systems to support records management, invoicing and general administrative activities.

Coordinate stakeholder meetings and team events, including quarterly town halls and other leadership activities. You'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business to improve processes and maintain a high level of customer service.

About you

Demonstrated significant experience in successfully providing business and administration to senior leaders and executives in a complex operational organisation.

High level planning and organisational skills with the ability to be flexible, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You're adaptable and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy, discretion and attention to detail.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel and are confident learning and using different systems and processes required to support the business.

Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills and can build effective working relationships with people at all levels of an organisation.
Experience working in large and complex organisations will be highly regarded.

This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and contribute to the operation of a large organisation that delivers safe and reliable train services to millions of customers every day. This permanent role is based at Haymarket (Central Station) and offers hybrid working arrangements, noting that travel to other Sydney Trains locations, including Petersham and Burwood, will be required.
