Jump Inn Craft Beer Bar and Restaurant is looking to employ a Head Chef for our onsite bar/restaurant. This position is on a full-time basis with a generous salary for the best candidate.
To be considered for this role you should:
A full-time Head Chef with minimum 2 years of experience and an unshakable passion for Asian cuisine (preferably Asian Fusion)
Lead and inspire a 4-6 member creative team (depending on season)
Oversees and is on top of the daily kitchen operations
Thinks out of the box in creating and developing menus that customers will surely have themselves yearning for more
Calm, collected and even-tempered under pressure with the team and when things get hot and busy in the kitchen
Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
Menu Costing and Supplier Knowledge is a leg-up
Responsible, has clear communication in a professional and respectful manner
Excellent physical condition and stamina.
