We are seeking a driven, motivated, friendly, and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic phone team in our expanding business.
With over 20 years experience in the sales and marketing industry, we are experts in making TV and online the most powerful platforms to drive a customer response.
Advertising on the biggest TV channels in Australia means a strong work ethic will be mandatory and will result in great rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound sales - processing orders for customers who are calling up off the back of our TV advertisements
- NO COLD CALLING - warm callbacks only.
- In-house existing customer support
- Assisting and providing help to customers using our website
- Strategically planning and forecasting to hit daily targets
- Managing and achieving KPI targets
Key Requirements:
- Sales experience is preferred, but not essential
- Preferred availability Monday to Sunday 8am to 6pm and Public Holidays (penalty rates may apply)
- Fluent English and friendly and helpful phone manner
- Flexible availability preferred New Year, Easter etc (Closed Xmas Day)

Ideal previous experience could include customer service, sales, door to door sales, direct sales, F2F, telemarketing, telemarketer, fundraising, fundraiser, appointment setter, appointment setting, telesales, call centre, lead generation, lead generator, outbound calling, inbound calling, telco sales, IT Graduate. Applicants with Working Holiday (WHV) 417 visas / backpackers welcome, as are people on student visas looking for part time work.
