Crazy Parts is national and industry leading mobile phone spare parts provider with warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne and is seeking a motivated individual to provide outbound communication services. The overall objective is to provide 100% customer satisfaction by working with our valued customers.
This is a casual position to begin with as it is a brand-new role within the company. The intention of this position is to be converted into a full-time role and expand the tasks and services reaching our B2B customers nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining contact with our customers and assisting in various tasks such as maximizing sales opportunities, promoting new products, communicating special promotions to name a few.
- Contributing to sales targets and revenue streams with some incentives along the way.
- Identify preferable communication method based on customer needs.
- Provision of all customer feedback with any market intelligence to line manager.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure products, delivery, and service expectations are met.
- Meeting KPIs for outbound communication and forecasting.
- Continuously build strong relationships with our valued customers regardless new or old.
Requirements:
- Positive energy with passion and motivation to win.
- Ability to have a conversation with excellent communication skills.
- Working with various applications such as Microsoft office and instant messaging applications.
- Ability to continuously learn about new products and emerging technologies.
- Embrace change to cater to the business needs and grow within the company.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Eligible to work in Australia in full-time.
