Full Job Description

Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our real estate team for an immediate start. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients & visitors in a friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email enquiries.
Provide administrative support to sales agents and property management staff.
Prepare correspondence, marketing materials, and general office documentation.
Ensure the reception area and office presentation are maintained to a high standard.

Skills & Experience

Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Real estate industry experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications & Licensing

Must hold a current Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration (or equivalent licence required in New South Wales) prior to commencing employment.
Completion of, or willingness to undertake, a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is highly regarded.
Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not essential.
