Receptionist
We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our real estate team for an immediate start. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients & visitors in a friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email enquiries.
- Provide administrative support to sales agents and property management staff.
- Prepare correspondence, marketing materials, and general office documentation.
- Ensure the reception area and office presentation are maintained to a high standard.
Skills & Experience
- Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred but not essential.
Qualifications & Licensing
- Must hold a current Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration (or equivalent licence required in New South Wales) prior to commencing employment.
- Completion of, or willingness to undertake, a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is highly regarded.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not essential.
