ABOUT YOU
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a genuine love for hospitality to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have:

A friendly and approachable demeanour with a strong commitment to customer care.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Basic knowledge of bars or gaming machines, or a willingness to learn.
The ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
A responsible and ethical approach, especially when handling financial transactions.
Flexibility to work over a 7 day roster including evenings/nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Competent and trustworthy cash-handling skills.
RSA certification (essential).
Gaming certificates are preferred or willing to obtain.

ABOUT THE JOB
We’re seeking a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude, exceptional service skills, and attention to detail. The role requires someone reliable and available for evenings, night shifts, and weekends. This role is initially available on a casual basis for 20+ hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

General waiting and service duties, including serving food, coffee, snacks, and bartending.
Professional service and dispensing of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Assisting with gaming machine operations and phone inquiries
Providing prompt, courteous customer service.
Monitoring gaming areas to ensure compliance with regulations and a safe environment.
Assisting with cash handling, machine payouts, and general administration tasks.
Promoting responsible gambling and service practices, offering support when needed.
Working collaboratively with the team to maintain cleanliness and organization in the gaming room and front of house areas.
Familiarizing yourself with all food and beverage offerings, systems, and till operations.
Following Safe Work Procedures at all times.
Ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards.
Performing any additional duties directed by Management.
