Opportunity to lead and inspire a talented team with an Industry leader

We're looking for a hands-on Park Manager to lead Discovery Parks – Adelaide Beachfront, one of South Australia's most desirable holiday destinations.

This is a leadership opportunity that combines coastal living, team leadership, and the chance to shape memorable guest experiences in a thriving beachfront location.

Salary

OTE: 120,000. (includes Base Salary, Super, Bonuses & Housing)
On-site 2-bedroom manager residence

The Role

You'll run the park like it's your own.

That means:

Leading a team of approximately 30+ staff
Taking pride in our product: 65 cabins, 53 sites and 8 permanent residences
Creating memorable guest experiences from arrival through to departure
Building a positive and engaged team culture
Maintaining high presentation standards across the park
Managing day-to-day operations, maintenance and guest services
Building strong relationships with guests, team members and the local community

You won't be stuck behind a desk; you'll be visible, approachable, and involved in every part of the operation.

What You’re Walking Into

One of South Australia's most sought-after beachfront locations

An established and successful park operation
A strong leadership structure including an Assistant Manager and Caretaker
Recent investment and future development opportunities
A loyal guest base and strong repeat visitation

About You

Managed a holiday park, hotel, resort, motel or accommodation business
Led teams and know how to get the best out of people
Delivered exceptional customer experiences
Built positive team cultures
Managed day-to-day operations and park presentation standards

But more than anything:

You enjoy leading people, creating great guest experiences, and taking pride in the place you manage.

Please note: This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery. Police check & driver's licence required for this role.
