We're looking for a hands-on Park Manager to lead Discovery Parks – Adelaide Beachfront, one of South Australia's most desirable holiday destinations.
This is a leadership opportunity that combines coastal living, team leadership, and the chance to shape memorable guest experiences in a thriving beachfront location.

You'll run the park like it's your own.

Leading a team of approximately 30+ staff

Taking pride in our product: 65 cabins, 53 sites and 8 permanent residences

Creating memorable guest experiences from arrival through to departure

Building a positive and engaged team culture

Maintaining high presentation standards across the park

Managing day-to-day operations, maintenance and guest services

Building strong relationships with guests, team members and the local community
You won't be stuck behind a desk; you'll be visible, approachable, and involved in every part of the operation.
