Every touchpoint — from the shop floor to the fitting room, from product presentation to stockroom processes — helps shape how customers feel and how the team performs. You read your department through its people, product and results. You stay close to KPIs, sales, customer flow and commercial priorities, identifying opportunities and turning them into clear daily action. This role is about balancing strategy with execution.
