Who is Flip Out?
Flip Out is one of Australia's leading trampoline and adventure park brands, delivering action-packed fun for kids, families, and groups of all ages. Our Elizabeth arena is packed with trampolines, foam pits, air bags, party rooms, and a cafe — and we need a passionate crew to bring it all to life.
Roles We're Hiring For
We're currently recruiting for the following casual positions:
Squad Leader — Shift supervisor and manager on duty. You'll oversee all arena operations, support the team, handle customer needs, and keep everything running smoothly. Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or team leader role required.
Customer Service Attendant — First face our customers see. You'll register guests, process waivers and bookings, handle payments, and make sure everyone has a great start to their visit.
Arena Attendant — On the floor keeping the energy up and the safety rules enforced. You'll monitor participants across the arena, respond to hazards, and deliver a safe, fun experience for everyone.
Cafe Service Attendant — Running our cafe with speed, quality, and a smile. You'll take orders, make coffees, serve food, and keep the cafe clean, stocked, and compliant with food safety standards. Minimum 1 year experience in a busy coffee environment required.
Party Host — Making birthdays and celebrations legendary. You'll manage the full party experience — from greeting guests and playing games to serving food and leaving the room spotless for the next group.

What We're Looking For
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with people of all ages — kids, teens, families, and groups
- Positive attitude and high energy — you bring the good vibes
- Clear, confident communication — you're comfortable speaking to customers and groups
- Reliability — your team and your customers count on you showing up ready to go
- Ability to stay active and on your feet for extended periods
- Current First Aid Certificate from a Nationally Recognised Training Provider (or willingness to obtain one before starting — we can point you in the right direction)
- Current Working with Children Check or state equivalent (required for applicable roles — we'll advise at interview)
- Cash handling experience is a plus for customer service and cafe roles
- Minimum 1 year experience in a busy coffee environment is required for the Cafe Service Attendant role
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or team leader experience is required for the Squad Leader role

Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends and school holiday periods
- Must be able to stand and remain active throughout shifts

- Squad Leader applicants must be 18 years or over

Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
