About the Role: Working within the client environment, the Senior Warehouse Coordinator is primarily responsible for the daily operations of our mailroom/distribution centre. Resulting in a superior performance of the store and inventory management, cleanliness and customer service.
Tasks include but are not limited to: Deliveries management distribution utilizing our client preferred providers, Receipt of goods and client notifications, utilization of manual and electronic lifting of packages and deliveries, kitchen sundries management, warehouse documentation management, contractor management and reception support where applicable.
What You’ll Do:
Manages all aspects of the store functions, receiving and ordering goods, management of all deliveries and preparing goods for the following day delivery runs.
Accurately picking and packing orders, performing quality checks on all goods received and being dispatched out of the warehouse
Maintain an accurate records register of incoming and ouitgoing goods at the facility
Unloading all deliveries and containers and distributing as directed via the client stakeholders and unpacking products and assembling where required
Follow safe lifting practices when moving goods, operating an order picker LO (license qualification required)
Safety check and reporting/isolating suspicious packets appropriate storage, maintenance and upkeeping of all items in store
Manage stock take, inventory control and re-ordering tasks, tracing, registration and distribution of incoming and outgoing items
Engagement and management of courier services
Management of the store room and equipment within the store
Assistance with updating centralized registers and other related work as directed by manager or client
Perform as a facility point of contact for emergency escalations during or after business hours
Directly liaise with local site personnel and external service providers, as necessary.
Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
Greets and facilities’ clients, guests, applicants and visitors access requests within the office environment.
Follows security procedures for recording guests, suppliers and other visitors access into the office environment and arranges escorts as needed.
Ensures all areas of the tenancies are fully operational and clean
Audits workplace environment from a building management perspective to confirm utilities functionality, with work requests raised were applicable
Manages register of trade utilisation within the work environment for security recording purposes.
Performs general clerical duties associated with distributing office packages and mail as required. Uses tracking systems to record inbound and outbound courier, freight and mail.
Orders office supplies and other common use items for your site, such as café supplies, equipment toner, printer paper, freight and shipping supplies in alignment with the GRE AOP.
Creates work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
End to end administrative management liaison with vendors, clients and contractors (responses, file creation, support, etc.)
Assists with the inspections and trade coordination on account facilities where applicable
Work with other Receptionists/Facilities Admin and Facilities Management stakeholders at a national level to ensure alignment with service delivery models being implemented onsite.

Ability to build a professional relationship with the client, CBRE onsite multi-discipline team and vendors.

Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with the client, CBRE management, work colleagues and vendors.
Strong reasoning ability and capability to make decisions within role scope.
Ability to comprehend, analyse and interpret documents and data in a quantitative manner.
